Where is my money for last year Leads.

Today I checked my report and Found that my last yer nov & dec leads have been removed and money has been reduced from my account.

I don't what happens.

i have lots of rejections

i have lots of rejections too, i don't bother it's just start of the month, and it will catch on later.

Hello Vinod,

I see where your confusion is coming from. When you look at "report by time period" if you are filtering by "day" our datebase only holds subscription data for the past 3 months. In order to keep the load of the reports manageable, this data rolls for 3 months.

That said, if you look at the "report by time period" and filter by "month" you'll see all of your subscriptions and earnings since joining RevResponse.
