I don't suppose there's any way to add tracking code to the thank you/confirmation pages?

Can you give me a little

Can you give me a little more information about what you are looking to track on these pages?

conversions. I want to track

conversions. I want to track conversions with respect to specific ads. I can do that if you allow code to be added to the thank you/confirmation page.

SInce you haven't given us this essential tool, I'm trying to find a way.

SInce I have you, this is something I brought up before. I've allocated today to work on revresponse to try to get revenue to something useful.

When I go to mysite.tradepub.com under financial section I see 93 publications in that category.

When I use the Offer Catalog, how many do you think I see? About 49 give or take. How can I promote publication via the offer catalog when they aren't shown there?

What am I missing? Or, what are you missing?

ALso, appears to be a bug regarding logging in and the use of the wizards.

You can track conversions

You can track conversions with respect to specific ads using the channel codes. By using channel codes on specific ads, the codes do trackconversions for those ads. That is our method for you to track conversions. Adding tracking to the thank-you page would be less accurate as the thank-you page is displayed to every subscriber regardless if they convert or not.

As for seeing the 93 publications versus the 49 in the offer catalog, this is directly related to the issue I addressed for you last week. You'll see you can sort the offer catalog by Active Offers, New Offers, and Expired Offers. By sifting through these three listings you will be able to find any offer we have. You’ll notice in the "expired offer" section it lists offers that are expired and offers that are "going to expire." If an offer is listed as "going to expire" that means there are less than 50 available leads left before that specific publication/document is no longer available. Those offers are moved to this section in order to prevent our partners from grabbing offers that are bound to quickly come down.

Can you tell me a little more about the bug you are referring to? With a little more information we can begin to fix it.

That's simply not good enough for a program that I assume is designed to be used by professionals. It's clumsy, and it's manual. Your ads compete for adspace with ads from a number of other sources on my site. If I can tag the thank you page, then I can see conversion rates for everything, all in one interface, and in fact, you don't have to do anything else to give me the statistics I want (except for your own creatives which aren't trackable much). When you provide information about impressions, clicks, and conversions, then I'll be more interested in your channels system.

I don't have the time to fiddle with this system, and I'm sure you are aware of our results last month and this. Those results are directly because of the lack of proper management tools available. We CAN make this work. We can't do that for you without the proper tools, and tracking is critical.

Have you guys ever taken a look at how others in the affiliate industry function and the tools they offer? I'm not a fan of commission junction (CJ) for a few reasons, but at least they are able to provide a really nice set of reporting information.

As for accuracy, here's the deal. I do NOT need to know how many people who apply are accepted. I need to know which ads bring people to APPLY. I'd like the other information, but I'm trying to be practical here. I simply want the same abilities to track as every other major affiliate offers.

WOW. So about half of the offers are expiring? That's a lot. So I guess I'd find some 44 offers in the section in the expired section. Do ya think? I'd check it but since I can't seem to sort and see ONLY the expiring soon items, I'll let you take a look. I have a feeling the numbers don't tally, but that's certainly something that might be of more importance to you than to me.

I had to relogin to access just those features. Go figure. I'm sorry I don't have time to try to replicate the details.
