Look in the SPAM Folder

Hi,

One of my site visitors complained that his request for a whitepaper appeared to be successful and the thankyou page said that he would receive an email with the download link. But he never received the email with the download link.
A few days later he told me that he found the missing email in his SPAM folder.
I tried it myself and yes, the email went straight into the SPAM folder.
Reason: The text in the subject line is typical spam.

Has anybody else experienced this?
